Co-developed and presented an interactive microaggression training for higher education and workplace settings. The session introduced key terminology, examined the impact of unconscious bias, and encouraged critical reflection on inclusive communication practices.

Designed a “Microaggression Bingo” activity to engage participants in identifying real-world examples before facilitating a guided discussion on their impact and strategies for response.
