The Franklin's Wedding

As Assistant Day-Of Coordinator for a wedding of approximately 150 guests, I supported ceremony and reception logistics by guiding the wedding party through the processional, ensuring they understood timing, cues, and placement, and coordinating closely with the photographer to organize portraits and keep the schedule on track. I served as a point of support for the bride throughout the day—monitoring timing, ensuring she was comfortable, fed, and prepared for each transition—while also assisting with vendor communication and overall event flow. My role required strong attention to detail, calm problem-solving, and proactive coordination to create a seamless experience for the couple and their guests.
